Cant Define footer height for row

Hi!

I`m trying to separate the cells for certain amount of margin but im unable to get it working. i uncommented the delegates on the library (viewForFooterInSection and heightForFooterInSection), but doesn't do anything, Which is the best way to achieve my objective?
