This shows how to export a manhattanly plot to a static graph. This requires signing up for a free plotly account

library(plotly)
library(manhattanly)
Sys.setenv("plotly_username" = "user_name")
Sys.setenv("plotly_api_key" = "api_key")
p <- manhattanly::manhattanly(subset(HapMap, CHR %in% 4:7), snp = "SNP", gene = "GENE")
