Describe the bug
I had a colleague today who could not find a file in the Explorer because it was on the second page. The greyed out buttons make this very confusing.

Not sure what to suggest, but perhaps something like vertical dots below the last file-name or something similar is needed to visually indicate that there are more files. I think people these days are used to infinite scroll.

Indeed, implementing "infinite" scroll would be ideal.

Related comment -- in account settings, there is a setting:

You can set it as high as 10000...
