Unify @mentions and hashtags in Task Lists

When making tasks in a Task List, it is convenient to assign people using @mentions. I expected this to produce a list like hashtags do so that people could restrict their attention to tasks with their name. Perhaps I am missing some behaviour, but if not, it would be nice if @mentions produce a similar list.

The only thing @mentions do is maybe send an email to the person.

That said, using it for assigning tasks is a great idea. Thanks!
