Constants.RData link broken, and genome build

Hi, the 'Constants.RData' is broken, can we access this dataset elsewhere?

Also, did you lift the genomic coordinates of the nucleosome position data from Pich et al. 2018 from hg19 to hg38? I assume it's hg19 as in Pich et al., but just in case.
