Bug description
White screen is displayed quite long time before Moonpay load animation appears on Buy click
Steps To Reproduce

Click Buy button
select safe or owner address
Current result: White screen is displayed for the user some time
It might be confusing.
Expected Result
Could we have loading animation here ?
