Modular Tools UI Proposition

As we tend to run out of space over time and not everyone uses all of the features/buttons, what if we let people drag&drop their own tools together. For example having a custom menu where you can view all possible actions with fancy icons and optionally add them to your interface. A little bit like the Photoshop toolbar and the Windows 10 start menu. Then if you have custom SabreCSG extensions you can add widgets for those things to your interface too.

The user isn't bombarded with thousands of buttons that barely fit the screen like the face tool is slowly doing and only see the things they want, like and use.
