I met the same problem. The original URL for the augmented BSDS dataset is not available, I find a way to solve this: open the https://vcl.ucsd.edu/hed/ and choose to download the dataset, or you can simply use Linux command: wget https://vcl.ucsd.edu/hed/HED-BSDS.tar
