Addon used to create doors kinda properly, but soon after I created my own preset (I don't think this is the reason) and clicked "Auto boolean" any next door created after the preset instance is spawned without door itself. It creates both frame and hole and there in objects tree appears "Panel" — a non-dimensional 0 vertex object located right in the world origin. I tested this bug in newly created .blnd file and it occurs there as well
