Question - Could a functionality to cut all object could be added?

Hi!
I like your tool, but I need a bit extended functionality - at all intersections all object pathes must be cut. Not just objects with the lowest Z-orders.
Im not familiar with Inkscape extension writing, but if this is theoretically possible, I would give it a try by using your tool as a starter point. So Id like to ask - is it possible? Maybe there is a reason why this tool isn't like that already.
