POWER_UP_STATUS bit position #1

Hi
I am not sure, but it is look like a bug:

#define POWER_UP_STATUS(X) X & 0x40
#define CCS_VAL(X) X & 0x40

Has same 0x40 value, so for POWER_UP_STATUS should be 0x80 according to the documentation?
