Right now, the Docker image produced by this project is based off of the golang:1.15.5 Docker image. While this mock Nomad agent doesn't have any reasonable use in a production environment, for performance reasons we should prefer to build a statically linked Go binary using a multi-stage Docker build

Accomplished by: 653ea6b

Originally this issue proposed building a statically linked go binary but after further research Nomad requires CGO as mentioned in this issue.
