Attempt to update alert settings when no internet connection is "ugly" - defect

Consider user is unable to connect to cloud. Don't say "error".
Rather something like
"Unable to update settings to cloud(?) at this time.
Settings will be update when internet connection is restored."

Even better idea, have app check if internet connection is good first!

Consider user has alert set and cannot connect to internet. Users inbox will be contain many messages when they are eventually able to establish internet connection for email

This is set to also serve in situations when our cloud couldn't response, but yeah it would make sense to check connectivity exists, maybe this can be improved. Moving to proposals for now.
