Apparently [build] does not work anymore. Especially with the [workspace] feature, it would be important to be able to set a path for the outputs, for example, all crates inside the workspace to output libraries in a specified /lib directory and all executable - to /bin

There are related command line options --target-dir and --out-dir: #6100
