JS CI broken on nightly

[Manishearth]

Ran it on nightly since @ambiguousname was getting local failures whilst working on #723

We now get errors that look like this:

This is different from what @ambiguousname was getting, but it's also broken. Need to investigate.

Trying to figure out what's going on with cargo bisect-rustc --script=./script.sh --start=2024-09-04 --end=2024-11-06 --access github --verbose --preserve --target wasm32-unknown-unknown but i can't get it to fail lol. I'm using --prompt to have it print the output.
