Fix "New Fund Request" Styling

Description

On page /casa_cases/:case_id the "New Fund Request" button does not match the styling of the rest of the buttons.

The wrapping of the button is funky on smaller screen sizes.

Fix the styling and provide desktop and mobile screenshots.
