While working on a feature that included frontend changes my collegue, @aisayo, and I discovered that both css and javascript changes that we made were not re-rendering on localhost, even with a page refresh. We were both using docker for development.
In order to see changes that we were making to javascript or css we had to keep rebuilding the container.
If you feel this is an issue worthy of being worked on, we would like to work on it, we already have a solution.
Existing gem(s), file(s) needing updating, changing or deleting
