Show volunteers' names assigned to cases in case search dropdown

What type(s) of user does this feature affect?

Description
For each select option, display "(assigned to volunteer)" at the end of the line
If the case is assigned multiple times, display "(assigned to volunteer1, volunteer 2)"
If the case is not assigned, display "(not assigned)"

For example: "CINA-12-1006 - non-transition (assigned to Harrison Wiza)"
