Windows-console doesn't scroll when the console height is reached #109

See the following animated image. The console is configured to a height of 50. I just pressed the Enter key until the end of the console is reached. Then it doesn't properly scroll the content up. When code is entered, then the result get visible, but the entered text isn't shown:
irb-issue-endofconsole

In contrast the command line does scroll the content up at the end of the video, when irb was left.
