[Documentation issue] The full dRuby package can be downloaded from the dRuby home page (see References). #32

Right now the README reads:

"The full dRuby package can be downloaded from the dRuby home page (see References)."

However had searching for "References" yields no result on the main README.

Could a link be added to the main README, or a notice in regards "full dRuby"; or if this
is no longer available, the line shown above be removed? Right now it is a bit confusing,
as we visitors do not know what is meant with "References" exactly, as there is no such
word on the main README other than that sentence.

@rubyFeedback The note in the README is a part of the generated documentation system's way of documenting.

https://github.com/ruby/drb/blob/master/lib/drb/drb.rb#L29 is the heading References, where the homepage note is listed.

The links there have been with the project ever since its extraction as a separate gem.

EDIT: in #33, I updated some of those links.
