Addressing Parameters in SOAP UI to be added in ruby #4

I need to access SOAP WSDL. To access this WSDL i need to set WS-Addressing to true in SOAP UI.
And i need to enable WS-Addressing to true and check Add Default wsa:To

Then i can access the WSDL from soap ui

How can i do these settings in ruby?
I tried to follow posts but i'm not able to succeed.

Could anyone help me out with this?
