Offer to install rsconnect-python?

If you attempt to push-button deploy a notebook and rsconnect-python is not installed in your notebook kernel, you're presented with this error and a link to the docs:

It might be helpful if the extension could make it possible for you to install rsconnect-python if you reach this point.

I have rsconnect-python installed via pipx, so I think it’s on my path, just not accessible to the notebook kernel?
