[IDEA] 'Operate As' in read-only mode #131

Feature Request

allow sysadmin to use the 'Operate As' feature in read-only mode.

The sysadmin doesn't know when the user will be disconnected and therefore the feature cannot be used while the user is connected.

For Debugging/Check purposes it is handy to be able to use the feature at any time of the day without asking the user to interrupt his/her work.
