Proposal for creating a News section for the RaiderPlanner webpage

Currently RaiderPlanner website has many features to help the users. But it is missing a news section. We believe it is vital for any application to have a news section, so the users can stay up to date on any information related to the application.

After every major merges to the RaiderPlanner. We can update the news section to let users know the changes done to the program. Users will be able to read what changes of been done to the RaiderPlanner more easily this way. Our idea is to make a new section in the RaiderPlanner website. The news section will contain any new update related to the application.

@adhithan96 This might make sense for a project that has made a production release. However, we are still in very active development and a news section would not be useful since we have no users as yet. I would like to defer action on this until after there is at least a 1.0 release.
