- 375° 20 min remove and let stand 5 min. add topping
- 400° 5 min remove and place immediately in refrigerator
- 9" pie tin
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
CHEESE CAKE MIX: Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar in a bowl and beat until well blended. GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: In a bowl combine crushed graham crackers sugar and soft butter. Pat graham cracker mixture into pie tin. Pour cream cheese mixture into pie tin. Bake 20 min. at 375°. TOPPING: Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. When Cheese Cake is done remove from oven, set oven to 400° and let it cheese cake set for 5 min. Cover it with topping and return it to the oven at 400° for 5 more minutes. Remove it from oven and immediately place it in the refrigerator.
