After creating a new symlink inside WSL (e.g. ln -s /mnt/c/Users/winUser /home/wslUser/WinHome) I'm unable to open a new shell that automatically starts at that folder with a wslbridge.exe -C /home/wslUser/WinHome, all it does is to drop me back into my Windows home folder.

I'll be glad to provide any further info or help if needed.

Windows full version? Wslbridge version? Any extra permission? Which distro and it's version?

Windows full version? Win10 Pro 1803

Wslbridge version? Not sure about that, there is no --v option for it. It's the one bundled with ConEmu 180626, if that's of any help.

Any extra permission? No, as far as I know.

Which distro and it's version? Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (the one from Windows Store).
