Translate the website to support french, with a toggle enabling users to switch between both languages (this toggle can be disables during a game launch not to have to translate what has already been retrieved). This would imply converting our parser to use fr.wikipedia.org instead of en.wikipedia.org so as to get original french wikipedia pages.
