Status on wiki for the packages once released but later removed are not updated

E.g. for Indigo, tiago_* packages were released but removed ros/rosdistro#12800.

repositories.ros.org correctly shows nothing for those packages (nice esp. because debs still remain) but ROS wiki status still shows Released.

thanks for the report @130s. I understand this to be caused by old api docs still being around on the wiki server. this might require a scheduled cleanup of that data in order to get fixed
