Geographic data is not always super precise and if an occurrence is near a border of a country it is likely to be flaged by the countries test. To avoid removing such occurrences it would be nice if a buffer around countries was made automatically or could be specified manually. As example see the attached picture of flagged Abies alba occurrences in Germany.
