Allow buffering around countries if countries test is applied

Geographic data is not always super precise and if an occurrence is near a border of a country it is likely to be flaged by the countries test. To avoid removing such occurrences it would be nice if a buffer around countries was made automatically or could be specified manually. As example see the attached picture of flagged Abies alba occurrences in Germany.

Hi, I have raised a similar question regarding the cc_sea and the buffer that would be nice to add. How did you solve your problem? maybe I can adapt your approach to my dataset. Thank you!

Unfortunately I have no solution. I did not use the countries test anymore.
