work on use_ro_citation

Work needed in this function itself: Finding out how to really automate the authors part in the .bib and text versions: how to filter only aut+cre, how to reformat.

Workflow needed before actually adding this cc @noamross

• We want to first create a Zenodo badge to get the latest DOI. Is there an API client?
• We want the CITATION file to contain this DOI.
• Generate the snippet to copy paste into README (referring the full citation i.e. hard-coding it, or telling folks to use citation("package")?)

Having the docs URL is probably a bad idea, use the URL from meta as well.

the snippet for the citation could assume README.Rmd and therefore generate the text from the template for README.md i.e. no hard-coded author names etc.
