Add loading placeholder to Grid

The Sudoku grid can take a while (visibly) to load, given it need to request the puzzle from the API and have Vue render it. The grid should start with a placeholder element of the same size as the final grid, but with a default 3x3 layout as it's not possible to know the size in advance.
