Support more filetypes and/or make filetype configurable

Hi,

Thanks for the plugin!

It would be great to be able to use this in other filetypes. The use cases I have in mind are:

• Markdown, when inside a Python block
• Snakemake

I guess the simplest way to support this would be via a configuration where a list of filetypes can be set. Happy to send a PR for this when I have time, but also happy for others to do it :)
