📝 Describe the refactoring task

  1. Add a separate date for start/end mentorship in RS App when "Personal mentoring" is ON. When OFF - the date components is hidden.
    The date by default - the same date as in course start/end date

  1. Dispay real dates for mentorship start at https://rs.school/mentorshipe.g. for ReactJS start date for mentors is Feb 03, 2025

The items from description are merged and delivered at prod rs add and web site.
