Description

Release Catalog BB v 1.18.0.
This will be done after dev deployment.
Deployment to TEST and PROD instances.

Acceptance Criteria

CatalogBB is deployed to PROD and working fine.

Tested catalog BB in TEST instance. Html input field validations working. Details view page wordings change reflected.
API endpoints working.
POST https://api-test.rokwire.illinois.edu/contributions/admin/reviewers for adding BingZhang.
Awaiting confirmation from Bing to proceed to PROD.

Works fine in TEST instance. Deployed to PROD. Works fine in PROD.
