Description

Release ContributionsBB v 1.18.0.
This will be done after dev deployment.
Deployment to TEST and PROD instances.

Acceptance Criteria

ContributionsBB is deployed to PROD and working fine.

Works fine in TEST instance. Deployed to PROD. Works fine in PROD.
