Description

Release AppConfig BB v 1.18.0.
This will be done after dev deployment.
Deployment to TEST and PROD instances.

Acceptance Criteria

AppConfigBB is deployed to PROD and working fine.

GET https://api-test.rokwire.illinois.edu/app/configs endpoint works fine with ROKWIRE_API_KEY auth.
Proceeding with deployment to PROD.
