this translation is faulty. Incorrect display Czech characters, or completely 
missing.

Addition:
The original file "strings.xml " is marked as faulty is in windows-1250 
encoding, so the Czech characters defective.

Sent me the file "strings_cz.xml " is in the correct UTF-8 encoding.
