camera replacement - error

I had an older reolink that stopped working w Viseron after a power outage, I replaced it now and have it trying to connect to a much newer model reolink, and am getting the following ffmpeg(?) error:

FFprobe could not connect to stream. Output: {'error': {'code': -5, 'string': 'Input/output error'}}

What version of Viseron are you running?
Do you have special characters in your password?
