[BUG?] Sometimes when building an srpm on a non-x86 arch we get "error: No compatible architectures found for build" #172

💡 - could add a catalog option to add build metadata (similar to, e.g., a resource request)

moreover, why is this happening with this specific spec? can we repro locally outside of Peridot?

I'm not sure this is fully a Peridot problem, rather than a spec problem but I might be mistaken. Let's investigate the problem further.
