Pass right clicking through to wallpaper window

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a program set as my wallpaper, and while it has been working fine, I often need to use the right click to interact with the program. However, this is only interpreted as a right click on the actual desktop (pulling up the context menu).

Describe the solution you'd like
Passing the input through to the window instead of to the desktop.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Attempting to bind right click actions to other inputs, which wasn't an option in my case.
