I've just started using dispute with the alwaysApply option. While it works great for schema components, the dispute is only effective on operationId (in paths) when there is indeed a conflict (maybe because of this line?). I would have expected the alwaysApply option to also apply on all operationIds.
Could this please be fixed, or added as a separate option if this was intentional?
