Add a message description that can contain links and files

What's the problem you're hoping this new feature will solve?

When sharing messages that reference other materials (either files, websites, or documents), it's inconvenient to explain to the viewer how to get file in front of them.

This feature would give the message creator a rich-text area to include notes, links to external documents, and possibly a place to attach files directly.

Alternatives and workarounds

Currently the speaker needs to verbally tell the viewer where to go find a file. Or it needs to be communicated in the text that's sent along with the message invite.

the finished message can have links and attachments so you can distribute files that are associated with the message. The easiest way to make this flexible is to use a rich text area. This also allows people to use it as a general purpose text block, but it shouldn't compete with the primary messaging (in the video), so the UI will position this as 'links and attachements'

This is done and supports links, text, images, and file uploads. The links and attachments section is displayed beneath the table of contents on the message display page.
