@robbrad it doesn't look like the "options" button once a service has been added is working to allow you to update the council's details.

We can either try to fix this or remove it from showing which is likely easier and it's easy to re-add the integration to re-create a council with new details?

Will look to submit a PR to remove the options button as I believe it's causing confusion when councils are broken for other reasons
