Calculation, display and plotting of wind velocities and direction.

Under some conditions the calculation of the true wind comes out off by 180 deg and the wind velocity is negative. This can be seen in the screenshot below where the true and apparent wind appear on oposite sides of the boat!

In addition, when the wind velocity is less than 0.1 kt, it is set to 0.0 and is not processed (displayed or plotted) by the wind widgets.

Finally, the dual wind widget does not display the true average wind velocities but rather the "previously displayed" velocity.
