How to click on a Point of interest Label? (POI)

Hi, I want to be able to click on a POI label in the map.

For example:

In my react native application I have a map view that has different POI labels in it like in the picture below

I am asking for help on how to build the mechanism to trigger my own function after clicking on a POI label. Thank you. It might have been obvious and I really missed something. Been at it for a while, really appreciate all the help.

It works quite fine, and allows me to show a modal
