A recent change in the Blender 2.80 API will break the FLIP Fluids addon along with many other addons.

Windows build hash: 3076544c8c52
Linux/MacOS build hash: d726d7e462d9

API change details: https://developer.blender.org/rBe693918d40741b0839cea84d2e0c386cc262e0c3

We'll try to fix this and provide a new working build as soon as we can, but it may not be ready until after the upcoming weekend.

It looks like I have hit a roadblock while attempting to update for this API change. It looks like there may be a bug in Blender 2.80 that will cause Blender to freeze. This has been reported to the developers here: https://developer.blender.org/T64731

If you are able to reproduce the issue, commenting on T64731 with a confirmation could help get this issue resolved.

This has been fixed and the fix is available in experimental version 9.0.5.5. Thanks to the Blender developers for providing tips and explanations for how to update the addon!
