There already is a Russian layout available. Go to the app and add Russian as language.

There already is a Russian layout available. Go to the app and add Russian as language.

There are 2 kinds of russian keyboards - native, for russians and phonetic, for people that write russian rarely, like I do. There is only native in app, but not phonetic.
