@swetapatnaik One way to accomplish this would be to simply load the material-ui bootstrap theme, and possibly augment the generated form using custom css classes. Have a look at https://codesandbox.io/s/n48vjwmzzj for a minimal proof-of-concept.

I use the material-ui fork, but note that in future, a better approach to theming might be consolidated - see discussion (although the discussion is centred mostly on bootstrap 4, it relates to a range of themes too).

This issue can be closed in favour of #899 IMO
