There is a user request to track per job storage cost. To achieve that, a perquisite is to expose the per table compressed size in storage. We can leverage the TableStats report in CN flush and compaction task completion to maintain the per table compressed size accurately.

With this metrics, user can also understand the compression ratio of a particular state table.
