I've been making some changes to flow typing to make ASL parser work better. The relevant functions are in lib/flow.sail, so I removed the duplicate functions in the RISC-V prelude. The changes I'm making mean that these will no longer have exactly the right signature. I also simplified the arithmetic functions slightly.
